STEP 1: Go to the Client Area
STEP 2: Log in to your account.
STEP 3: Click SERVICES.
STEP 4: Select the ACTIVE subscription that you wish to cancel.
STEP 5: Click "Request Cancellation"
STEP 6: Type in the Reason for the Cancelation => Choose whether you want to cancel your Service Immediately or at the End of your Billing Period => Click Request Cancellation
This action will cancel all future billing and cancel the autopayments associated with the subscription.
(Attention, Choosing the Immediate option will automatically suspend your access to the service)
