Our service is incompatible with most LG and Samsung models. In that case, your TV will have to be equipped with an extra Android box or a Firestick. See our "failed to authorize" article related to LG and Samsung TVs incompatibility.
Some devices might not have the IPTV Smarters available in their native app store. In that case, we will not be able to support the device.
