Error: "Failed to authorize" Print

Error - failed to authorize

This occurs after a login attempt on the IPTV Smarters app. 

This could mean that: 

- You have entered the wrong portal URL. In that case, check the IPTV service details email for the portal URL and make sure the spelling is correct. Do not insert any spaces before or after the address.

-If you are trying to use IPTV Smarters pro on an LG or Samsung TV and getting this error, it means that your TV is incompatible with our service. 
In that case, you will need to equip your TV with an Amazon Firestick or an Android box and download our SpeedyGo app.
